We aim to create a safe and caring space in which children and young people can heal, develop, and move beyond those aspects of their lives that have been harmful to them.
Whenever possible, we want the children and young people in our care to return home to their families, communities, and friends, and we work collaboratively and creatively to help make this happen. Where this cannot happen, we do everything we can to help prepare the children and young people in our care for a future that affords them every opportunity to be healthy and happy and contribute positively to the society in which they live.

Our care teams and clinicians have considerable experience in working with children in care. This expertise allows us to specialise our services for children and young people with disability who have also had Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), including attachment issues and trauma.
